Place Ugljan, in front of the Cultural Center "True We – Music Stories of Kali Women" is a unique musical and narrative project that brings to life the stories of women from Kali through song, local speech and stage expression. At the heart of the project are real life stories and experiences of Kulja women, told through traditional song, island customs and authentic local speech. The Kali dialect, with its special sonority and expressiveness, is an important part of the performance, which is why the program is performed by singers from Kali for whom it is a natural and integral part of artistic expression. The project is performed by Marta Kolega, Lana Cimera, Hana Vitlov and Mateja Perin, who preserve and transmit the rich cultural heritage of their place through song and storytelling. The project was premiered on July 8, 2026. in Kali, and due to the excellent response from the audience, it was soon repeated. "Pravi mi - musical stories of the women of Kualjica" preserves and presents the rich heritage of the island of Ugljan in an authentic way.
