A rich program that combines profession, innovation and local tastes awaits you: 🔬 Presentation of the CENTRAL-BIC project & NIR analyzer – Learn all about the results of the research of our indigenous varieties and how to quickly and accurately determine the oil content in the fruit with the NIR analyzer (with instructions for the delivery of samples to the Zemunik PEC). 📚 Professional lecture & workshop – Lecture on the quality of oil of indigenous varieties (Plavica, Masnjača, Drobnica, Peljušica and Peljuzi ca) with a workshop on variety identification and fruit sampling. 🫒 Promotional stand of the Olive Farmers Association – Taste the top olive oils of our local producers! 🍳 Gastronomic gathering – Enjoy the perfect blend of flavors with the cooking show and chef Ante Mravko. . 🤝 Organizer @ trznicazadarand partners: @ zadarska.zupanija, @ university.of.zadar and the Association of Olive Growers of Zadar County. .
